For the next 90 days we didn’t spend a dime on marketing. Instead, we put our collective noses to the grindstone and took a hard look at what was actually making our practice profitable.
It was late on a Thursday evening when our “Eureka!” moment struck.

While most practices are content with getting their patients to book 7-8 sessions, we figured out a way to keep our patients for 14-16 sessions!
